Do NOT remove my Watermark and proper credit must be provided when sharing my work

I will NOT work with any kind of deadline, my personal life is too chaotic. Pieces will have an estimated completion date but can and will probably take longer

You may cancel your Commission/Custom anytime before the colouring stage, after this 50% of payment is required for the time spent

I have the right to cancel your piece at anytime for any reason, reason will be disclosed with you

All works I make partially remain my own property and I have the rights to use them as advertising material

Completed Commissions or Designs will be sent to you via Email or Toyhouse

I will NOT change my style to appeal to your tastes, I also won't replicate other people's work

You will be provided an image of the initial sketch to approve, please ensure to request any changes at this point

You will also receive an image of the lineart, this is the last chance you get to ask for any changes. No changes will be made after this point

You will be notified at each step after this, but you won't receive any images

Commissioned work can NOT be used for commercial means unless you have paid the additional fee

You will me shown the initial Sketch to request any shape or design changes, you may also make these requests at the lineart phase as well

During the colour phase the only changes i will make are to patterns or colours

Do NOT resell my design for higher then it's paid price unless additional art has been purchased

I will not replicate another characters design for you, it must be original

Custom Designs can NOT be used for commercial purposes unless you have paid the additional charge

Payment will always be made in AUD pricing

Payment will only be taken through Paypal or Ko-fi

Paypal payments will be sent to you as an invoice

Payment is expected once I announce your piece is finished, this is too ensure I don't forget about work

Refunds will not be issued, do not request work from me if you can't afford it

Shipping Charges are to be paid for by you, I will NOT pay them under any circumstances

It is up to the buyer if you wish to apply tracking to your parcel

Any damage to the piece during transport is NOT my fault and I will not refund it, However I will try to find a solution for you after I see damage evidence

I would love to hear when your package arrives but this is optional
